A concept: this world is too sad and it can never have enough love. And your heart must never accept or give too little of what basically is never too much. So put it out there! Give it your all! Love yourself and those around you with so much wholesomeness that it mends their fractures because when it fall downs- when you are nothing more than dust and bones, the kindness and empathy you left behind will echo and travel with the wind for years.

Peace begins when you shorten your expectations. Expectations hurt when they aren't fulfilled. In life, you just have to go with flow, when you least expect in your life, every moment of your life become a surprise and as you know surprises make life full of joy and happiness. Sometimes you expect too much and when the things don't go the way which you have imagined then you get disappointed, hopelessness, anxiety  and sadness, you take your life for granted, you don't value yourself. The more you expect, the more you're approaching yourself to get hurt. Expectations are like pottery, the harder you held them, the more likely they were to crack.
