I laugh everyday but it's been long that I felt happy with my whole heart. There are such experiences or things which make us a new person that we don't ever imagine want to be. As we are growing up we are becoming actors of our own lives, we play different roles, we hide our actual self from the world; we are not real, we are reel. Somewhat we have become a part of pretending. Pretend to be happy just to show the world, as the world said.

Peace begins when you shorten your expectations. Expectations hurt when they aren't fulfilled. In life, you just have to go with flow, when you least expect in your life, every moment of your life become a surprise and as you know surprises make life full of joy and happiness. Sometimes you expect too much and when the things don't go the way which you have imagined then you get disappointed, hopelessness, anxiety  and sadness, you take your life for granted, you don't value yourself. The more you expect, the more you're approaching yourself to get hurt. Expectations are like pottery, the harder you held them, the more likely they were to crack.
